1. Copy of Passport and Visa
2. Copy of Last Two (2) Bank Statements.
3. Proof of Assets (Stocks, Bonus, CD’s, Money Market Accounts, Savings, Etc), Please Provide Copy or All Information (Bank Name, Bank Address, Account Number, Account type and Name of Account Holder)
4.  3 Credit Cards Reference Letters or Commercial Line of Credit.
5.  2 Bank Reference Letters.
6. CPA - Accoutant Letter (With Copy of CPA License) Reporting 2 Years Income.
7.  International Credit Report (Order by Lending Bankers).
8. Verification of Four (4) Months Mortgage Payment + Closing Cost.
9. Payment of $ 350.00 for appraisal at time of application with our bank.
